Jeff's Shuttle Cancellation Policy:  Reservation Payments are Non-Refundable. No Exceptions !
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you make the reservation.

Scheduling and/or credit card payments made for the same day are non refundable.    No Exceptions !!!

If by chance we allow you to schedule a reservation with the expectation of paying CASH, and you miss the pickup time for any reason,
you are still obligated to pay Jeff's Shuttle in full for the entire amount of the scheduled trip since our driver had booked off that time slot for you.

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly offer a travel credit toward future shuttle services for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the pick up time.
We Do Not offer cash or credit card refunds, travel credits only.
Your credit card will be charged when you make the reservation

We will not offer a travel credit if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.

Scheduling / credit card payments made for the same day are non refundable.

Large Party's: If you make a reservation for party that requires 2 or more vans, we will be unable to use those vans for anything other than your needs during the time frame of your reservation. In this situation, 72 Hours notice is required.
If cancelled less than 72 hours from your reservation time, you are still liable for the entire amount of the reservation since we can miss bookings for those vehicles based on your reservations. Immediate payment required.
