If you

checked luggage
Upon arriving at KCI Airport, please turn your
cell phone on as soon as you exit the airplane
in case your driver needs to contact you for any
reason, then collect your baggage from baggage
carrousel and exit baggage claim area door then cross the
center island where you will find the
Jeff's Shuttle
Van
awaiting
your departure.
If you
do not
have checked luggage
Please follow the group to the luggage carrousel and
exit the building from THAT door where your van will
be waiting. We do not pickup at doors just outside
the gates (airport policy)
Southwest
Airline Flights
Southwest has two baggage claim areas that are
located a large distance apart. We ask that you be
sure to have your phone on so the driver may contact
you. If you do not have a cell phone, please exit
the baggage claim area and look for your driver.
Unless pre-arranged he/she will not have a sign with
your name but
all our
drivers are driving vans that are clearly marked
JEFF'S SHUTTLE on the sides.
Please
do not forget your driver as a large percentage of
their pay comes from driver gratuities.
